As much as half of the energy used in your home goes to space and water heating. Making smart decisions about your home’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems can make a big impact on your utility bills and your comfort. The Residential Rewards Program offers Cash-Back Rewards to homeowners for the replacement of furnaces, air conditioners, boilers and water heaters with high-efficiency equipment.

Building a Focus on Energy New Home helps ensure that you will save money year-after-year on energy costs, and may increase your home’s value at the time of resale.

Wisconsin residents may be eligible for enhanced rewards for high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment, air sealing and insulation.
